ARRIVAL TIME

Please arrive at least 10–15 minutes early to allow time for check-in and any necessary paperwork. This ensures your service can start on time and you receive the full benefit of your treatment.

LATE ARRIVALS​

We understand that life happens. However, arriving late may result in a shorter treatment time so as not to inconvenience the next client. Full service fees still apply for shortened sessions.

CANCELLATION POLICY

To avoid a cancellation fee, please give at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance may incur a charge of up to 50–100% of the service cost.

NO-SHOW POLICY

If you arrive more than 15 minutes late for your appointment, it may be considered a no-show. In such cases:

Your appointment may be cancelled or rescheduled at the provider’s discretion.

A 50-100% service charge may be applied to compensate for the reserved time.

This policy ensures fairness to both our staff and other clients who are waiting for appointments.

HEALTH CONSIDERATIONS
